Royal Mail Special Delivery - upto 2kg.
This option is guaranteed to be delivered next working day after despatch. If not, we can claim back the cost of postage and refund to you - please contact us if you require us to file a claim.The service is insured upto £ 500 normally but more insurance can be added
Special Delivery normally despatches on the day of ordering up to 3pm.

Compensation claimable upto £150
Where a delivery weighs more than 2kg this will be the only delivery option available

Returns
PLEASE NOTE: We will only be able to accept the product return if..
- The Item has its original packaging and is free from damage.
- The Item is faulty or damaged and you wish to return for repair / replacement.
- The Item is complete and with all accessories where applicable.
- The Item is within 14 days of the original purchase and does not compromise the conditions above
All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address and reason for return.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
pureCoolPC is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
Please advise our Customer Service Department of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 3 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
Items damaged in transit: Sending items back in their product packaging only is not enough; items to be returned should be properly protected on their journey back with all the packaging we used to send it to you, including the product packaging. If you send it back any other way you risk the item becoming damaged in transit and consequently you will lose all or part of your refund.
